This standard ensures that rent reviews of pastoral leases under Part 1A of the Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998 are conducted according to a fair and transparent process.
This standard sets out the requirements for complying with the provisions of Part 1A of the Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998. LINZ staff should use this standard when undertaking a rent review of a pastoral lease.
This standard supersedes the interim standard published on 21 December 2012.
