Notice of a Discontinued Crown Protected Area Name for Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makauau Collective Redress Act 2014
Pursuant to Schedule 6, section 12 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014 (“Settlement Act 2014”), the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa hereby gives notice of one discontinued Crown Protected Area (CPA) name. The discontinued CPA name took effect on 18 January 2019 being the specified date in the Settlement Act 2014.
