Cabinet approval of new fees for LINZ survey and title services, following public consultation and consideration of feedback.
Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand’s (LINZ’s) survey and title services are funded by fees charged to the service users (mainly lawyers, conveyancers, and surveyors, who pass the fee costs on to their clients).
This Cabinet paper sought approval of new fees for LINZ survey and title services, following public consultation and consideration of feedback. Cabinet approved the new fees on 14 June 2021.
As a result of Cabinet’s decision, there will be new fees for survey and title products and services from 1 November 2021.
