The requestor was advised that the briefing for the proposal to alter Petone to Pito One was already available (see link below), and that there was no briefing for Meyer (hill) as the Board Chairperson made the final determination on that proposal.
Personally identifiable information for proposers, legally privileged information, and information on ongoing Treaty Settlement negotiations that the Board is required to keep in confidence was withheld from the released information.
