This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) arises from the stated intention of the Minister for Land Information to bring together the agencies involved to agree an integrated approach to the management, control and funding for the control of the aquatic plant Lagarosiphon major (Lagarosiphon) in Lake Wanaka.
