The Batch File allows to download LINZ sea level tide gauge zip files
Unzip daily csv and combine them into their respective subfolders
Year: 2026   Sensors: 40, 41

URL pattern (confirmed working example):
https://sealevel-data.linz.govt.nz/tidegauge/AUCT/2026/40/AUCT_40_2026001.zip

Pattern: https://sealevel-data.linz.govt.nz/tidegauge/<SITE>/<YEAR>/<SENSOR>/<SITE>_<SENSOR>_<YEAR><DAYOFYEAR>.zip
<DAYOFYEAR> is zero-padded to 3 digits (001-365 for 2026, which is not a leap year)

Requires wget for Windows to be installed.

either	1. Store the wget.exe in the same folder as the batch file
or	2. Add wget.exe to the PATH system environment variable
