What to do
1. Review the purchase documents list and add email delivery details.
- Check the correct property records appear on the list of Purchase documents.
- Enter the Email address to send the records to – make sure you enter this correctly or you won’t receive the records.
- Amend the Subject line of the email if needed.
- Check the box to confirm you agree to Toitū Te Whenua LINZ’s terms and conditions.
Select the Email button.
2. Enter your credit or debit card details for payment.
- Enter your credit or debit card details. Land Record Search accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Prezzy Cards.
- Select Submit.
When the transaction is approved, select the Next button.
3. Check your email for order confirmation and delivery of records.
- You’ll be emailed order confirmation, which includes your Order ID and invoice / GST receipt. You’ll need to quote your Order ID or your email address if you contact Toitū Te Whenua LINZ about your order.
- Select New Search to start a new search if needed.
Check your email to collect your property records. Orders are normally delivered in a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours. Check your Junk or Spam folders before contacting Toitū Te Whenua LINZ.
