Releasing Special Condition 9 from Overseas Investment consent 202300090 which gives consent to OTPP New Zealand Investments Ltd to acquire a forestry estate in the Central North Island.
The special condition relates to an Environmental Programme Agreement (with the Bay of Plenty Regional Council) over part of the land, which the consent holder is required to comply with.
