Compare mortgagors against registered owners

Checks that:

• at least 1 mortgagor has been entered
• the mortgagor names match the registered owner names on the title including any pending transfers from the dealing
• all registered owners on the affected titles are named and any name suffix, alias, minor, date of birth and executor or administrator information added.

If a new title is being issued from an instrument this rule will not run and the dealing will step down to Lodge.
