When is Landonline available?

Landonline is available seven days a week, including public holidays.

Monday to Friday: 6am to 10pm
Saturday: 6am to 7pm
Sunday: 6am to 7pm

Planned outages will sometimes be required, usually for system maintenance purposes.

Processing times


Compliant datasets: Routine 8 to 10 working days / Complex 14 to 16 working days (as at 18 September 2023)



Compliant dealings: 15 to 22 working days (as at 18 September 2023)


Urgency requests

We can consider requests to process transactions urgently. Please explain why urgency is needed. We will respond to your request based on workloads and available staff.

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm

Friday: 8am to 12pm then 1pm to 5pm

Every Friday, the contact centre is unavailable from midday to 1pm. Please call back after 1pm or use the call back function.
