When is Landonline available?
Landonline is available seven days a week, including public holidays.
Monday to Friday: 6am – 10pm
Saturday: 6am – 7pm
Sunday: 6am – 7pm
Planned outages will sometimes be required, usually for system maintenance purposes.

Survey and Title processing resumed for the New Year on 4 January 2023. The majority of transactions are being completed within our published processing timeframes outlined below. We are considering urgency requests; however, we are not able to approve every request we receive. Some transactions may not be suitable for processing on an urgent basis, particularly if they are large or complex. We encourage you to plan your transactions with this in mind to avoid the need to rely on urgency request outcomes where possible.
Compliant datasets : Routine 11 – 13 working days / Complex 13 – 15 working days (as at 27 March 2023)
Compliant dealings: 15 – 22 working days (as at 27 March 2023)
We can consider requests to process transactions urgently. Please explain why urgency is needed. We will respond to your request based on workloads and available staff.

Monday to Thursday: 7.00am to 5:30pm
Friday: 7:00 am to 12:00pm then 1:00pm to 5:30pm
Every Friday, between 12 - 1pm, the contact centre is unavailable. Please call back after 1pm or use the call back function.
