Log in with an authenticator app

How to log into New Landonline using an authenticator app as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

The first time you log into New  Landonline each day, you'll be required to authenticate yourself with a one-time code. This is in addition to your Landonline user ID and password.

You should only have to do this once a day. If you log into a new device or browser, you may be asked to authenticate yourself again.

Step 1. Log into New Landonline as usual

Log in with your Landonline user ID and password. 

The multi-factor authentication (MFA) screen will appear.

Step 2. Check the device name

Check you're using the same mobile or tablet device as named on the MFA screen. 

Step 3. Enter the one-time code from your authenticator app

Open the authenticator app on your phone or tablet. 

Find the code from your SMS text messages or listen to the phone call and enter that into the One-time code field.

Your authenticator app provides a new code valid for 30 seconds only. If time is running out, wait for the next code to appear.

Step 4. Verify the code

Select Verify code to go to your New Landonline session.

If your code doesn't work

If your code is incorrect, you'll get a message to try again.

Wait for a new code to appear in your authenticator app and use that.
