What to do
Access the Login page
- Click on the button below to go to the Landonline Web Search:
Landonline Web Search - or, from the Toitū Te Whenua LINZ website – go to products-services > landonline > Web search login button
- or, by entering https://app.landonline.govt.nz/search/ in the address bar of a supported internet browser.
Log in using your User ID and password
- On the Landonline Login page, enter your Landonline User ID and Landonline Password.
Note: If you’ve forgotten your password check the troubleshooting page for what to do. - Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement if needed (remember you are agreeing to these when you log in).
- Select Login.
The Landonline Web Search home screen displays. Refer to the key features below.
Select the nine dots icon to switch between New Landonline applications (use the arrow to open the application in a new tab or select anywhere else along the application row to open the application in the current tab). The application highlighted green is the application you’re currently in.
- Select the logo to clear any search results and return to the Home page.
- This shows your currently selected firm and name. Select your name to change firms.
Select to see your product list – add products to review and then order.
The product list is not available in mobile view.
- Select to see recent orders.
- Select the Main menu icon to see:
- client reference
- today's spend
- create request
- fees report
- change your password
- reset notifications
- what's new
- get help
- give feedback (on the application)
- logout.
- Use this to select your search options, e.g. address, Title reference, Registered owner, etc.
- Use the search field to enter your search details.
- Use the map to search by using the zoom in and out functions and then selecting the property on the map.
