Fees apply to each title or survey lodgement made through Landonline. As part of the sign-up process, a firm will be provided with a Landonline account, linked to a credit account in our Finance system.
All fees incurred during online searches and lodgements will be charged to this account which can be paid by direct debit or cheque. Find out more about payment and credit.
These fees came into effect in July 2011.

|Title search - with diagram (current Record of Title)||Electronic property title record, showing current proprietor, legal description, registered rights and restrictions, eg. mortgage, easement, or covenant. Includes a plan or diagram of the land.||$15||$5|
