Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) and the Department of Conservation - Te Papa Atawhai (DOC) are working together on innovative ways to protect Aotearoa’s biodiversity.
LINZ and DOC are developing a joint Long-term Insights Briefing on the topic: How can we help biodiversity thrive through the innovative use of information and emerging technologies?
The confirmed topic takes into account public consultation carried out late last year.
Consultation on the final draft of the Long-term Insights Briefing is expected to occur mid this year.
