It’s been a busy start to the year with plenty of applications coming in over December and January. The overseas investment team has been making good progress with assessments and decision making, and we have 21 decision summaries being published today.

We reached another significant milestone in June with the introduction of the National Security and Public Order (NSPO) notification regime. Further changes from the Overseas Investment Act 2021 come into force on 5 July.
