This specification is designed to be used by data administrators and contract management staff in the key stakeholder organisations (New Zealand Police, New Zealand Fire Service, Land Information New Zealand and Statistics New Zealand) to help define and manage the initial provision and compilation of the ESA dataset and its subsequent maintenance and management.
