CEVA Logistics (NZ) Ltd & CEVA Freight (Australia) Pty Ltd (The Applicants) intends to acquire 100% of the business assets of Ingram Micro NZ relating to the Commerce & Lifecycle Services. The Ingram Micro NZ business that is being acquired specializes in eCommerce. The Applicants are part of the CEVA Logistics Group (itself part of the CMA CGM Group) where they provide and operate transportation and supply-chain solutions and is the leading provider in technology distribution, cloud solutions and e-commerce supply chain services. The Applicant’s acquisition is part of the wider international acquisition by CMA CGM Group of most of Ingrams Micro’s Commerce & Lifecycle Services business. The Applicants have satisfied the OIO that the relevant overseas persons and individuals who will control the investment are suitable to invest in New Zealand |
