Prepare a Notice of Change (NoC)

If a dealing includes a transfer, parties will see the option to create a NoC. If the TA for the affected Record of Title(s) is yet to sign up to this automated service, or the specific instrument hasn’t been added to New Landonline, the NoC option will not be visible.

Check the property details are correct and edit if required.

Check the owners details are correct and edit if required.

Provide details on the transaction itself.

Provide specific details for rating purposes, such as the new owners name and postal address.

Review and confirm the details of the practitioners and firms.

The firm acting for the vendor is responsible for finalising the NoC and marking it ‘ready to send. Upon registration of the dealing, finalised NoCs will automatically be sent to the relevant TA by overnight batch email
