Requests for dealings

List of request types for dealings in Landonline.

Anyone with a Landonline login can create requests and send them to Toitū Te Whenua for processing.

Conveyancing users can create title related requests. 

Request types

The request types available include: 

  • Adjoining Owner Notice
  • Application to Sustain Caveat (S145/A145)
  • Application to Sustain Caveat (A143)
  • Correction of tax information
  • Dealing Correspondence
  • Fee Extension
  • Request copy
  • Request for Urgency
  • Requisition Rejection Clarification
  • Requisition Rejection Review
  • Survey Information
  • TA Amalgamation Consultation
  • Title Correction
  • Title Correction Prevents Registration
  • Titles Information
  • Withdraw dealing
  • Withdraw instrument.

Requests

View requests relating to a dealing

If you have made a request relating to a lodged or requisitioned dealing you can keep track of its progress from within the Dealings app.

1: Open the Dealing details panel.

From your landing page select anywhere on the dealing row to open the Dealing details panel.

Don't select the instrument hyperlink as this will open the dealing for editing.

2: Select the Requests tab

Select the Requests tab to view all requests associated with the dealing.

The Requests tab is hidden when there are no requests for a dealing, of if the dealing is in Draft.

3: Select a request to open it and check its status.

Select anywhere on a request row to open it in a new browser tab and review its status.

Select a request.

The Request details information will appear.

You'll be able to find the status of the request above the request details at the right of the page.
