Our Landonline – TA Certification application is where Territorial Authorities (TAs) can complete and sign TA certification requests for surveys online.
Surveyors capture and submit their plans in Landonline. TAs use Landonline before or after the survey is submitted to Toitū Te Whenua, or after the survey has been approved, to retrieve the plans and sign the relevant Resource Management Act (RMA) certificates.

Most TAs are already enabled to Landonline – TA Certification. If your TA is not yet on board, you will need to email customersupport@linz.govt.nz for information on how to sign up.
