Cabinet approval of new fees for LINZ survey and title services, following public consultation and consideration of feedback.

Land Information New Zealand’s (LINZ’s) survey and title services are funded by fees charged to the service users (mainly lawyers, conveyancers, and surveyors, who pass the fee costs on to their clients).

All instances where LINZ has received survey plans submitted by Philip Harvey Pirie and/or Pirie Consultants Ltd where the survey plan was not deposited under s 224 of the RMA within 3 years of approval by a territorial authority.
