Attaching a survey report

Information on the options for attaching a survey report to your survey. Note that automated survey reports are automatically attached.

The automated survey report is automatically attached to your CSD on submission of the survey.  

Alternatively, you can:

  • download and manually attach the automated survey report as a supporting document
  • manually attach a survey report you have completed outside of Landonline as a supporting document.

There can be only 1 certified survey report associated to the survey.

When you submit your survey, if there is a Survey report type supporting document attached to your survey, the automated survey report will be discarded.
