3. Download and complete relevant form 

Download and complete the form related to the agreement you need for the activity you want to do.

Note:  If your application is approved, the agreement you get may differ from the one you apply for.

We will send you confirmation of our decision by email or post.

If your application is declined, or you are not happy with the conditions of your agreement, you may be able to apply for a rehearing and/or can make a complaint.
