How to complete the Remove Individual form

Instructions for the form to remove a user from your firm's Landonline account.

Only the trusted contact or the departing user can remove a user from a Landonline account.

The trusted contact or user needs to complete the Remove individuals form:

Before you start

Make sure there is no outstanding work, including draft or open requests, in the user's workspace before removing the user. This work will be removed when the user is removed.

You must complete all fields marked with a red asterisk.

1: Enter an email address to receive confirmation.

In the Email address to receive confirmation field enter an email address you wish to receive emails about this removal.

2: Complete the Current Account Details section.

Enter your firm's Landonline account name in the Account Name field.

Enter your firm's Landonline code in the Account Code field.

Enter the your name in the Name of person submitting this application field.

3: Enter the name and Landonline User ID for the user.

Enter the name of the user you are removing in the name fields. Make sure it's exactly the same as shown on their Landonline access.

Enter their Landonline User ID in the Landonline ID to remove field.

4: Complete the verification.

A verification image will appear on the form. 

Enter the letters or numbers exactly as they appear in the image in the Enter the code from the image field. Make sure to use the right size of letters.

You can select Generate a new image if the image is unclear.

You can select Play the audio code to hear the image.

5: Review the form, then select Submit.

Once you've reviewed the form, select Submit.

Confirmation of removal

Once you've completed the form and submitted it, we'll remove the user. 

We'll contact you only if the removal was unsuccessful.
