It's called multiple firm association when a user is linked to multiple Landonline accounts.
1: Complete and submit the Add Individual form.
To associate a user to another Landonline account, complete and submit the Add Individual form:

On the form make sure you confirm the user is a previous or current Landonline user.
If the user has signing rights, confirm they have a digital certificate by checking the checkbox.
Use the arrow in the Type of User Access field to select the right user access. For example, Dealing user including certify & sign rights.
Make sure you include the right contact details for the user. Otherwise notifications may go to the wrong email address.
2: Send LINZ an email confirmation from the user.
The user being added will need to provide an email confirming:
- they are applying for multiple firm association
- the details of their main Landonline account.
Certify and signing users
Users who want certify and signing rights will also need to provide:
- a certified proof of identification
- Annual Practising Certificate, if signing rights are requested and LINZ doesn't already hold these records.

The letter, proof of identification and Annual Practising Certificate should be scanned as a PDF and emailed to:

There is no cost for multiple firm association.

Removing a user from a Landonline account
The association remains until the user is removed. To remove the user the firm will need to complete the Remove Individual webform.
