How to complete the Add individual form

Instructions for the form to add a user to a firm's Landonline account.

It's recommended you read these instructions to avoid rejection of your application to add a user to your Landonline account.

You must complete all fields marked with a red asterisk.

1: Enter account details.

Enter an email address you wish to receive emails about this application in the Email address to receive confirmation field.

Enter your firm's account name into the Account Name field.

Enter your firm's Landonline code into the Account Code field.

Get the account code from your firm's Trusted Contact or LINZ.

2: Complete the Personal info section.

Enter the names and date of birth for the new user. The names must be exactly as they are shown on their proof of identity.

It's recommended you keep the Subscribe to the Landwrap newsletter checkbox checked. Landwrap has information on upcoming and new releases to Landonline.

3: Add contact details.

Add the contact details for the new user in the Contact Details section.

Make sure the email address is unique and can only be accessed by the new user. LINZ will send Landonline notices for the new user to this email address.

4: Select if current Landonline user, if relevant.

If the new user is a previous or current Landonline user, and holds a Landonline User ID, select the Previous/current Landonline user checkbox.

The new user setup fee will be waived.

A User has valid Digital Certificate (DC) checkbox will appear. Only select if the new user has a valid digital certificate stored on a flash drive or similar, to be transferred onto their new device.

5: Select the type of user access.

Select what the new user will access, and whether they'll have certify and signing rights.

Go to the Landonline Usage Details section and select the arrow to bring up a menu of user access types.

If you select an access type with certify and sign rights the Role type menu will appear.

Use the arrow to select the relevant role from the menu.

6: Select the Landonline user type.

Landonline User will already be selected. Select the checkbox next to Trusted Contact or System Manager, if relevant. Find information on these roles:

7: Submit the form.

Review your form and select Submit added individual to send the form to LINZ.

Once submitted a Summary screen will appear and an email will be sent within 5 working days.

In the email will be a form for the user to complete and attach proof of identity and evidence for certify and signing rights, if relevant.
