How to change a firm's account and a user's privileges in Landonline.

Only system managers can update firm details or privileges

Only system managers can update firm details in Landonline. 

Only system managers can assign and update user privileges to users, or what they can do in Landonline.

After you've updated your firm or your firm's users in Landonline, you'll need to complete and submit the Change Account Details form:

Access account management

1: Switch firms, if needed.

Before you start, make sure you select the firm you need to change.

Use the arrow next to your name at the top right of the page to open the menu to select a firm.

2: Select Account Management from the main menu.

The Account Management link is available in all applications for system managers only.

To start, select the main menu at the top right of a page.

Select Account Management from the menu.
