Only complete fields where you are making changes. Leave the rest of the fields blank.
1: Enter firm's account name and code
Enter your firm's account name, not your name, into the Account Name field.
Enter your firm's account code, not your code, into the Account Code field.
2: Change account name, if needed
If you need to change your firm's Landonline account name, enter the new name into the Account Name field.
You will need to email us evidence of the name change before we can change your Landonline account name.
Supporting evidence can be:
- a letter on firm letterhead stating the account name is changing from xxx to yyy, signed by the Trusted Contact and/or 1 or more partners/directors
- a Certificate of Incorporation emailed from an authorised person.
Ensure the account names in the letter or Certificate exactly match those you entered in the webform.
Scan this as a clear, full-colour pdf, and email to:

3: Change your phone and email addresses, if needed.
Enter new phone and email addresses, if relevant. If not, leave the fields blank.
4: Update the physical address, if needed.
Enter new details for your firm's physical address, if relevant. If not, leave these fields blank.
5: Update the postal address, if needed.
Enter new details for your firm's postal address, if relevant. If not, leave these fields blank.
You'll also need to update these details in Landonline.
6: Submit the form.
Review your changes, then select Change account details to submit your form.
