Release instruments

On the Release page you can release a single instrument or several at once.

When releasing instruments there are no major differences between Legacy Landonline and New Landonline.

Overview

If changes are required to an instrument after it has been released, someone from the submitting firm will need to revert the instrument back to Signed. The firm responsible for the instrument will then need to revert the signed instrument back to Draft for changes to be made. Once changes have been made, the instrument will need to be re-certified and signed, and then released, before you can Submit it.

What to do

  1. Navigate to the Release page. There are multiple ways to do this:
    • Select Release from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
    • Use the three-dot icon at the end of the relevant instruments row (in the Instrument & Roles dealing navigation) and click Release instrument
    • Select the Release instrument button within the instrument’s Prepare instrument page.

For multiple instruments, from the Landing page, either use the three-dot icon at the end of the dealing row or the left-hand navigation bar to select Release instrument.
