Prepare A & I form

An Authority and Instruction form (A & I form) can be created in Landonline to deal with property on behalf of a client and confirm the identity of the client. When the dealing includes a DM, T or M instrument, the A & I form will show in the left-hand navigation bar and relevant information you entered will be incorporated into the A & I.

Learn about the key differences with legacy Landonline.

  • 1. Edit client details

In most cases, changes to client details should be made in the dealing itself. However, it is possible to add, edit or remove clients on the A & I page. These changes will not update the dealing.
  • 2. Complete other A & I information

You can enter property addresses, base documents and dates, and edit instrument details, depending on what you want to include in an A & I.
  • 3. Produce A & I form

The A & I form can be outputted as Private Individual, Private Corporate, or Public Corporate, and exported and saved to your computer.
