Update your firm's details

How system managers can update contact details for their firm in Landonline.

Use the righthand menu to go to your Account management page.

 You'll see 2 tabs on the Account management page: Firm information and Firm users.

1: Select the Firm information tab.

Select the Firm information tab to change the details of your firm.

2: Update the fields.

Type into the fields in the Firm contact details section to update information.

Postal addresses

Fields marked by a red asterisk must be completed. Type in these fields to update information.

The updated address will appear in the Formatted postal address section.

Select either Mailing address or DX box buttons to update these addresses. 

The fields are different for each option.

3: Save changes.

When you've completed your updates select Save changes or Cancel to discard changes.
