Enable users
Enable and manage the users for the survey, including assigning a Primary Contact and Signing Surveyor for the survey. A survey must always have one Primary Contact and one Signing Surveyor. These can be the same person.

When a cadastral survey is undertaken the relationship between boundary and non-boundary marks is ascertained or measured. This is often in the form of a vector which combines bearing and distance.
