You can change the email, address or phone number you use for notifications in Landonline.
1: Select the firm you’ll change details for.
If you’re changing your profile details and you represent more than 1 firm, make sure you choose the right firm for the changes.
Select the arrow next to the firm name in the top right corner of your screen.
Choose the firm you want from the drop-down menu.
2: Select My Profile from the main menu.
From your Landing page open the main menu.
The drop-down menu will open.
Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
The My Profile page will open.
3: Update Contact details, if needed.
Type in the fields in the Contact details section to update your information.
The Physical address fields are not for a postal address.
4: Update Contact addresses for notifications, if needed.
The Contact addresses for notifications section stores the addresses you use to receive Landonline notifications. Changing your email in this section will also update your default email address for receiving Web Search orders.
Keep the Use same address for all associated firms checkbox ticked if you want to use the same addresses for all firms.
Type in the Email field to change your email address.
Change email for multi-factor authentication
If changing your email address, you may also want to update your email address for multi-factor authentication (MFA) notifications.

Update your postal address
Select either the Mailing address button or the DX box button.
Type into the address fields to update your information.
Select the country from the Country drop-down menu.
5: Save changes.
Once you've completed your changes, select Save changes at the bottom right of the page.
Or select Cancel to cancel changes.
Check the Contact details edited section to make sure the changes have been made.
