As a Dealing user, you can set or update your default conveyancing professional (CP) in Landonline under My Profile.
This allows you to quickly assign roles in a dealing.
1. Select My Profile from the main menu.
From your Landing page select the main menu at the top right of the screen. The drop-down menu will open.
Select My Profile.
The My Profile page will open.
2. Select the Default CP tab from My profile.
Select the Default CP tab at the top of the page under your name and user ID.
3. Edit the conveyancing professional firm, if needed.
Your current firm should already be selected by default.
To find a conveyancing professional from a different firm, start typing the firm name in the Conveyancing professional firm box or scroll down the list to find the firm.
Click on a firm name to select it.
4. Select a default conveyancing professional.
Click into the Conveyancing professional field.
A list of users with signing rights at the selected firm will appear.
You can either type the name or scroll down the list to find a user. Click on a name to select the default conveyancing professional.
Only users with signing rights are listed and able to be assigned as a conveyancing professional.
5. Save your changes.
Select Save changes to save your default conveyancing professional. Please note that any changes may take up to 15 minutes to take effect.
