Set your notice preferences

How a Landonline user can select an email address for receiving notifications.

Landonline automatically sends notices about your transactions. You can select how you want to receive notices for most notices.

Only Survey, Dealing, Territorial Authority, and Māori Land Court users have access to this function.

All notices can also be found in Notices in Landonline.

1: Select My profile from the main menu.

To open the notice preferences tab select the main menu. 

Next, select My Profile.

2: Select the notice preferences tab.

Listed on the page are notice types. 

Some notices have a mandatory delivery type. You can't change the delivery method for notices with a mandatory delivery type already selected.

3: Check the checkbox to select email as your preference.

Under the Email column check the checkbox to choose email to receive a notice.

If a checkbox is greyed out it means the delivery method is set and can't be changed. The delivery method will show under the Mandatory delivery column.

Uncheck a checkbox if you don't want to receive a notice by email. All notices will still be available in Notices in Landonline.

4: Set preferences for all firms, if needed.

Select the Set these preferences for all firms button to set the same preferences for all the firms you are associated with.

5: Save changes.

Once you've made your changes, select Save changes to save them, or Cancel to stop the changes.
