To help make rent payments easier and more reliable, we recommend all residential tenants set up an automatic payment. This ensures your rent is paid on time each week without the need to remember due dates or manually transfer funds.
How to set up an automatic payment
You can set up an automatic payment through your bank’s online banking platform or by visiting a branch. You’ll need the following details:
- Account Name: Land Information New Zealand
- Bank Account Number: XXXX
- Reference: Your tenancy reference number or name
- Amount: Your regular rent amount
- Frequency: Weekly
