Issue 121

This month there is a heads-up about Landonline unavailability, opportunities for Cadastral Surveyors, and a chance to improve access to our Standards and Guidelines.

Landonline unavailable on Saturday 26 September

We’re planning a Landonline release over the weekend of 26 September 2015 to support proposed property tax measures.

If carried out it will mean Landonline will not be available on that day. These changes will depend on planned legislation changes so we’ll confirm both timing and content of the release closer to the time.

Our August news item has more information on the proposed property tax measures (//www.linz.govt.nz/news/2015-08/taxation-land-information-and-offshore-persons-information-bill)     and what they’ll mean for lawyers and conveyancers
