What is proposed?
The proposals are to alter the official name of a glacier in the northern Olivine Range from Sealey Glacier to Sealy Glacier and approve as official the associated recorded name Sealy Stream, for the stream that flows west from the glacier into Pyke River.
What happens next?
The Board will consider the submissions received for this proposal at its next hui in March or April 2026. The outcome will be that either the Board itself or the Minister for Land Information will make the final decision. This page will be updated when the final decision is made.
