The proposal is to make Waipuna Stream the official name of a waterway flowing northeast into Waikawa Bay, northeast of Picton.
What happens next?
The Board will consider the submissions received for this proposal at its next hui in March or April 2026. The outcome will be that either the Board itself or the Minister for Land Information will make the final decision. This page will be updated when the final decision is made.
