Our contact centre is changing its hours to provide support when our customers need it most.

From Monday, May 15, our customer support team will be available from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We based this decision on analysis of caller data and customer feedback. This showed our resources would be better used within the 8am to 5pm window.

We'll keep monitoring this data and we'll continue to review our hours based on customer demand.
