We’re making changes to how we support our non-residential land and property customers.
This includes our customers who have a license, lease or permit to operate a business or carry out activity on lands and properties we manage on behalf of the Crown.
Non-residential applications and agreements
Applications to use lands and properties managed by Toitū Te Whenua can now be made on this website - Crown property applications.
All existing non-residential customers with agreements to use Crown lands (such as leases, licenses, permits) will now be managed directly by our team here at LINZ, instead of via Colliers.
Pastoral leaseholders: applications for activities requiring consent under the Crown Pastoral Land Act continue to be available - Pastoral activity consents.
Facilities maintenance for non-residential customers and commercial tenants
There is no change to the phone number to report a hazard or request maintenance or facility repair service.

Residential tenancy services
There is no change – Colliers continues to manage tenancy and property services for our residential customers.
Current terms and conditions in all leases and contractual arrangements remain unchanged.
