What we collect
We collect your personal information (name, contact information, etc.) to process your application (including expressions of interest). If you are accepted for a lease agreement with us, we will collect additional information (location, billing information, etc.) which is necessary to undertake tenancy management and maintenance services.
Who has access
Besides our staff, we share this information with Colliers and Downer, who we contract to carry out these services. We may use personal information provided to us for other reasons permitted under the Privacy Act (for example: with your consent, for a directly related purpose, or where the law permits or requires it).
How long we hold it for
We only hold your information as long as it is required, and in line with the Public Records Act 2005. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
