Background

The Applicant is a New Zealand company, ultimately owned by the French company VINCI SA, which is a concessions, energy and construction company.

The Applicant is acquiring 100% of the shares in Wharehine Group Holdings Limited, which owns sensitive land located at three Northland quarries.
