- 7,200 sheep (including up to 2,500 breeding ewes)
- 100 cattle (including up to 100 breeding cows)

- 2,000 ewes mid-February – mid April (8 weeks)
- 1,600 wethers early December – mid-April (17 weeks)
- No cattle shall be grazed within North Back Block and South Back Block.
- Stocking rates shall be managed in all blocks at a level that prevents excessive grazing and trampling of tussock grasslands, indigenous shrublands, streams and wetlands, to avoid damage to inherent values.
- Developed paddocks shall be maintained by regular applications of fertiliser and seed as required.
- The Lessee shall keep records of the number, age, class and time that cattle spend on the Narrows, Top Half, Bottom Half and Gorge blocks shown in yellow on the attached map. This information shall be made available to the Commissioner upon request.
- That the approved farm manager, Lindon Sanders resides on the lease. Any subsequent change is to be approved in advance by the Commissioner.
The Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998 provides that permission to undertake the activity may still be needed under other enactments.
