If you are a Landonline user, you can create requests in Landonline and send them to Toitū Te Whenua LINZ for processing.
Some common reasons you may need to send us a request include:
- requesting corrections to title or survey data
- returning a survey dataset or withdrawing a dealing/instrument
- confirming practicability of amalgamation conditions
- clarifying land registration or cadastral survey requirements
- requesting urgency on a Landonline transaction.

Requesting corrections to land records
While Toitū Te Whenua LINZ corrects errors and inaccuracies caused by staff, it does not correct errors caused by practitioners or errors made within registered instruments.
