This week we are launching a Customer satisfaction questionnaire to our Contact centre callers.  

From Wednesday 1 May we’ll be sending callers an optional Customer satisfaction questionnaire designed to help us improve our services.  

Questionnaires will be sent on a 4-day cycle to capture a range of queries over time.  

The pilot will run for approximately 6-9 months with regular oversight.
