The Minister has announced his intention to amend the Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998 and the Land Act 1948 in a bill that will shortly be introduced to Parliament.
Information about the Bill will be available following its introduction and the public will have the opportunity to comment on the Bill after it is referred to Select Committee.
