Reasons for decision
The Commissioner of Crown Lands has determined that as the stock exemption is equal to or less than the exemption granted to the former lessee and the Commissioner is satisfied that the provisions of s 15(4) Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998 have been met.
Conditions of decision
To grant consent, subject to the following conditions:
- That the number of Breeding Ewes carried on the lease is no more than 3,500 and shall only be carried between January to April each year.
- That the number of cattle carried on the lease is no more than 150 and shall only be carried between the months of March to June each year.
