The stock exemption is the same as the exemption granted to the current lessees and the Commissioner of Crown Lands is satisfied that the provisions of s 15(4) Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998 have been met.
Conditions of decision
Consent is granted to an exemption to the stock limitation in the lease subject to the following conditions:
The maximum stock carried on the lease is:
- 2,100 wethers from November to May
- 2,600 wethers from May to October
- 30 cattle year around.
The Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998 provides that permission to undertake the activity may still be needed under other enactments.
