| Background |
The Applicant will lease the Land to two businesses which will use the Land to develop, test and manufacture their products. Outcomex Pty Ltd (an Australian IT company) will use the Land to develop its range of FarmDeck sensor products and software and to develop new technology for use in the farming and horticultural industries (both domestically and for overseas export). Electronic Industries Limited (a plastic injection moulding company) will produce seedling containers and other plastic products. It will also collaborate with Outcomex Pty Ltd to manufacture the plastic componentry required in its products. The Applicant will construct a large warehouse on the Land as a storage facility. |
